You’re probably here because something at work went sideways, and you can’t quite explain why. Maybe you're navigating a confusing breakdown in trust, being pushed to the edges of a team you once led, or suddenly carrying blame for things that were never yours.
You are competent, conscientious, a natural problem solver, and committed to doing good work. You ask fair questions. You don’t play games. And now, you're the problem.
Something about you—your insight, your presence, your difference—is perceived as wrong and poses a disruption to the power structure.
My background is in developmental biology and cancer research. I spent years working in health and medical research institutions, where I learned how to track complexity, spot patterns, and understand systemic breakdowns — skills I now apply to workplace and relational dynamics.
Over time, I saw that many workplaces operate like fragile ecosystems: covert, hierarchical, and allergic to disruption. What looks like “team culture” is often a code of silence. What’s framed as professionalism is often about preserving the comfort of those who are protected, even though they have the least to lose.
Most people don't notice the power dynamics until they’ve been caught in them. The unspoken rules, the subtle punishments, the quiet exclusions—these things often become visible only in hindsight. By the time someone realises they’ve crossed a line, the consequences are already underway.
I help people who’ve been scapegoated, sidelined, or quietly erased by systems that couldn’t metabolise their difference. Sometimes they were positioned early as Black Sheep. Sometimes they went from Golden Child to threat. Sometimes they were favoured in ways that demanded silence. Others challenged what everyone else avoided, and the system responded accordingly.
My work is about building your capacity to see clearly, act strategically, and maintain your integrity.
You might be:
The clear Scapegoat, pushed out or discredited for telling the truth
The Black Sheep, different in temperament or values, and being slowly positioned for blame
The Golden Child, previously protected but now seen as a threat for thinking independently
The Invisible one who wants to be more visible, but without compromising your integrity
The compliant or high-functioning Golden Child who doesn't want to be drawn into unethical dynamics
Whatever role you've been cast in, the goal is the same: to help you see the field clearly and respond with discernment and strength.

In our sessions, we analyse the dynamics at play, identify where you’re getting caught, and develop a strategy that lets you act with clarity and integrity. The goal is to move forward without compromising yourself or absorbing the system’s dysfunction.
How I work
I offer 1:1 sessions, small group consultations and bespoke workshops, tailored to your goals and the complexity of your situation. Some clients need just one session to reorient. Others work with me over a longer arc. We’ll decide what’s right once we begin.
